Neem Leaf
Neem Leaf
Neem leaf is a naturally bitter herb with a long history of traditional use in Ayurvedic wellness practices. It is commonly brewed as an herbal tea and used in personal-care preparations for the skin, scalp, and hair. Its bold, earthy character makes it a popular choice for cleansing and balancing herbal routines.
How to Prepare as Tea:
Add 1 teaspoon of neem leaf to 8 ounces of hot water. Cover and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain. Because neem is naturally bitter, consider adding honey or blending it with another herb.
External Use:
Prepare a strong infusion, allow it to cool completely, and use it as an herbal hair rinse or in DIY skin-care preparations. Patch-test before wider use.
Ingredients: Neem leaf.
Caution: Not recommended during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or for children. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you take medication, have a medical condition, or are trying to conceive.
