Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
At Vair’s Tea, we carefully prepare and package every order to ensure your herbs and teas arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.
Order Processing
Items currently in stock may be packaged and shipped the same day. Same-day fulfillment is not guaranteed and may depend on the time the order is placed, order volume, weekends, and holidays.
Some herbs are freshly packaged or ordered from our supplier after your purchase. These items typically take approximately one week to arrive at our store. Once received, your order will be packaged and shipped to you as soon as possible.
Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s delivery time.
Orders With Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and incoming products, the entire order may be held until every item is ready to ship. This helps us keep shipping costs manageable and ensures that your complete order arrives together.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Vair’s Tea is not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or inaccurate address provided at checkout.
